Review Luna settings

  1. Login to
  2. Click “Configure” on the left side, and then “View Employees”
  3. Please make sure that all employees have the correct type of vacation associated
  4. In general, hourly employees will have “Vacation - Trackable” and salary employees will have “Vacation - Accruable”
  5. If any changes needed, make the change directly to employees here by clicking edit on the right side of the page and then making changes
  6. OR, go into Mass Changes section, make changes to multiple employees at once here
  7. If you want to update the available plans for your employees, click on Manage Plans and add or edit plans as you wish. If you need assistance with this, please let us know

OPTIONAL: Connect to Google Calendar

  1. Set up a Google Calendar to see employee time off in Google and/or share with your employees
  2. Click “Setup” (bottom left)
  3. Click “Connect” button at the bottom
  4. Complete the instructions to link it to a Google calendar account
  5. OPTIONAL: you can share this calendar via Google Calendar with all employees if you want them to easily see when others have time off
